I don't believe a simple thank you is sufficient for the outstanding result you achieved when selling our property recently. As a result I have decided to relay my gratitude through this letter in the hope that you will show it to prospective clients by using it as a testimonial in your resume.
You were presented with what could only be described as extremely difficult circumstances to work with from the outset, I do understand these situations are not unique however believe they would be rarely encountered and hopefully you are not exposed to them again.
You were initially contacted by another member of this family and arranged for the sale of the property by auction and estimated a sale price that was appropriate to the market at the time. Things probably seemed quite normal at this time but you soon discovered it was not going to be smooth sailing and was becoming quite challenging to say the least. All the problems were at our end and unfortunately you had to deal with information not being relayed, decisions being made by one party without the others consent or knowledge and eventually the reality that legal intervention was going to completely derail the sale at a very late stage.
Through this entire process you conducted yourself in a professional manner talking to both parties on a regular basis and on many occasions being the mediator. You would not have known who was right or who was wrong or for that matter who to believe and to your credit remained neutral and placed an equal amount of importance on all requests made.
The effort and hard work you put in is the main reason this sale was able to be sanctioned at the eleventh hour and finished up going ahead, you should be proud of what you achieved as there is no doubting the work that you had to put in and the uncertainty you faced.
You put a huge amount of effort into contacting potential buyers, negotiating settlement periods and ensuring as many gave commitment to attending the auction as possible. On the day most attended and this is testament to your hard work and made for a successful auction achieving approximately 35% above the estimated sale price. You worked tirelessly leading up to and on auction day, this coupled with Milo's outstanding skills as an auctioneer brought in a result that can only be described as outstanding.

We recently had the experience of selling, what had once been, our family home in Brunswick. Close friends had recommended Stefan Stella to us. We had originally bought our house in Brunswick through Nelson Alexander and having lived in Brunswick for 20 years, we were well aware of the excellent reputation of Nelson Alexander and its agents.
We are now living interstate and the prospect of attempting to sell a property long-distance was daunting.
